About
Active for Life is a Canadian not-for-profit social initiative that helps parents and educators give children a healthy start in life through the development of physical literacy. To this end, Active for Life has created Active Play to help Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) engage children in physically active play every day. Through the use of short informative videos, Active Play is designed to show how to set up and run a variety of engaging physical activities and environments that promote movement in the early years.
